Shipping & Returns

Handmade in small batches, packed with care, and backed by a simple promise: if something is not right, we will fix it.

Shipping

Every order ships from our home studio in Colorado. Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $5.99, and orders of $50.00 or more ship free. Shipping is added to your total at checkout.

Because each piece is made by hand, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be packed before it ships. Once it leaves our hands, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a receipt from Square when your order is placed, and we will reach out if anything changes.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like a piece, send us a message and we will see what we can do.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your piece of the sea. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned for a full refund of the item price within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

A note on natural shells

Each shell is unique, with its own natural color, markings, shape, and character. Because of this, the shell you receive may vary slightly from the one shown in the product photos. We will always do our best to select a shell that closely resembles the one pictured, but natural variations are part of what makes each piece special, and are not considered a defect.
